Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, activating, or using LyriGhost (the "Software"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all terms herein, do not install or use the Software.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer of LyriGhost ("Developer") regarding your use of the Software, superseding any prior agreements.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable one-time fee, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• This license is for a single individual. It may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.
• You may install the Software on up to 3 of your own devices.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software.
• You may not distribute, sublicense, or make the Software available to any third party.

Lyrics & Third-Party Content

The Software retrieves lyrics from lrclib.net, a third-party public API. LyriGhost does not own, host, or control any lyrics data. All lyrics remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders.

If you use the Software during live broadcasts (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), any DMCA notices, copyright claims, or legal actions resulting from the display of lyrics are solely your responsibility. The Developer expressly disclaims all liability for such events.

Third-Party Services & Dependencies

The Software depends on services including but not limited to lrclib.net, YouTube Music, Spotify, and the LyriGhost Chrome Extension. These are independently operated third-party services.

• The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party service.
• Service interruptions, policy changes, or shutdowns by third parties may render some or all features of the Software non-functional.
• Such interruptions do not entitle the User to any refund or compensation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Developer does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

The Developer's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Software shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software (USD $4.99).

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payments & Refund Policy

The Software is sold as a one-time purchase at USD $4.99. Payments are processed by PayPal. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Software is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment.
• All sales are final. The Developer does not offer refunds except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
• The Developer is not responsible for any PayPal transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing errors.

License Revocation & Termination

The Developer reserves the right to revoke your license key and terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement.

The Developer also reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:

• Discontinue sale of the Software to the general public.
• Cease operation of the license verification server.
• Modify, suspend, or shut down any related online services.

Windows Platform & Compatibility

The Software is designed exclusively for Microsoft Windows. It uses Windows-specific system APIs and is not compatible with macOS or Linux. The Developer makes no representations that the Software will function on any platform other than Windows.

The Developer is not responsible for any damages or system issues arising from installation or operation of the Software on unsupported platforms or configurations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Software in violation of this Agreement.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright claims related to lyrics displayed during your use.
• Any content you display, broadcast, or stream using the Software.

Privacy

The Software transmits the following data to the Developer's server solely for license verification purposes:

• License key (entered by the user)
• A device identifier (for activation count tracking)

No personal information beyond the above is collected by the Software itself. Third-party services (lrclib.net, PayPal) are governed by their own privacy policies.

Modifications to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at https://lyrighost.ddns.net/eula with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those protections remain unaffected by this clause.
